Delete your AeroHUD account

AeroHUD app and aerohud.com - by Wildsys (Pty) Ltd t/a AeroHUD

You can delete your AeroHUD account at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

In the app

1. Open the AeroHUD app and make sure you're online.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm twice.

On the website

1. Log in at aerohud.com.
2. Go to Dashboard → Settings.
3. Under Danger Zone, choose Delete Account and type the confirmation word.

By email

If you can't sign in, email aerohud@wildsys.co.za from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email, password and Google sign-in link.
• Every flight stored in the cloud, including public flight links, which stop working.
• Your registered devices and all sign-in sessions.

What is not deleted

• Flights and settings saved on your phone stay there until you delete them or uninstall the app.
• Website enquiries and pre-order requests are kept separately; email us to have them removed too.
• Our service providers' backups and logs are removed on their own schedules.
